Notes:

We have three or four types of plants/weeds growing like crazy in our flower beds. I want to identfy what they are as I have broken out really bad while working in the yard for the last two springs. Two of the photos are the same type of plant/weed, which is what is growing the worse this year, Those have thorn stems.

Without their flowers to help with the ID, I’m speculating for now.
The thorny plant m looks like a type of Rubus (black berry, dew berry, etc…)?
You had mentioned being “broken out”, in your last photo, I can’t see too clearly at base of the fence line, another plant appears to be the cow itch /pepper vine (Ampelopsis arborea)? If that’s right the vine, you might be interest in the information below. Copy & paste the included link.
When these blooms and you still don’t know please resubmit with flowers photos. Thank you and best wishes!

The plant in the third photo maybe a species in the smartweed genus (Persicaria). The link below is for one in the group, the dotted smartweed (P. punctata).
