Notes:

I recognize illegal marijuana, but what are these other two plants shown in the picture? Police said they are a tomato and a cucumber, but I bet they are also some sort of drug plants.

Not being familiar with oak leaf goosefoot I’ll add the following: If the police are as far off with the “tomato” as they are with the “cucumber” then I am probably wrong, but it reminds me of some of the nightshades which are related to tomatoes. Some are poisonous some are not. There are ONLY A FEW pictures here that look a little like yours: https://www.google.com/search?q=deadly+nightshade+pictures&client=firefox-a&hs=H0r&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&channel=sb&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=GJ_-U8qzFNL8yQT9ioDABQ&ved=0CB8QsAQ&biw=1024&bih=616 I wouldn’t say that yours is deadly nightshade but could it be black nightshade? Flowers or fruit might be useful.

Yes, they visited. I asked them to check if these are legal or not. Not in fact my garden, these belongs to my brother.
