Rosa genus has numerous classification & hundreds of cultivars, it’s difficult to tell the exact ID with out details i.e. petal counts, once blooming or rebloom type, leaves, hips, etc…. you should try the experts on the included link below. I don’t know which type of rose this is, but you should check out cultivars in the Drift Rose group. Some of these include White Drift, Popcorn Drift, Ivory Drift, etc…Best wishes! http://www.atlantarose.org/
