    I’m not able to see the flower’s cluster & leaves clearly, I’m guessing this might be something in the Angelica genus. With the purple & smooth looking stem, it could be the purplestem angelica/American angelica (Angelica atropurpurea) (?). The link below with more information., click on images to enlarge.
