Changing my previous answer to : Maybe Japanese variegated Kerria (Kerria japonica ‘Variegata’). Best wishes! https://www.google.com/search?q=Kerria+japonica+%27Variegata%27&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjro6b_8NTNAhWrxYMKHcABBPcQ7AkIKg&biw=1867&bih=909#imgrc=RTFb8TfrYTNJGM%3A

The plant is clear enough to be certain, but the flowers are similar to those in the Hypericum genus (St. John wort). Check it out and see if you have a match. Link below with different cultivars of the genus. Best wishes! https://www.google.com/search?q=Hypericum+forrestii,&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi4vNm1jI7NAhWC6CYKHQlHDuMQ7AkIJw&biw=2085&bih=1015&dpr=0.9#tbm=isch&tbs=rimg%3ACTjwiK8OYuRsIjjaR-ZklEucjWxZ4kxYTs9t_1tTALJJ57R6RQJ2eF-r136Xwe9iIT9290LywUcUb1zh1IAS47yXBfyoSCdpH5mSUS5yNET3y5LY4dFfCKhIJbFniTFhOz20RNYwZqT6IH9IqEgn-1MAsknntHhH1ZiflH9HQTSoSCZFAnZ4X6vXfEWuoW1qXBX77KhIJpfB72IhP3b0RFuKmRKkqMzsqEgnQvLBRxRvXOBEK7MhgaJqrhCoSCXUgBLjvJcF_1EbzLnfsHuhd_1&q=Hypericum%20forrestii%2C
