The plant is too faraway, I’m guessing this could be a type of Gaura, possible the G. lindheimeri (?). Check out the two included links for information & pruning method. I would like to say that this is a variety of GAURA, which usually is tall and sends out a pink or white flower. I have “stratoshere white” look up stratoshere white gaura online. However, someone else may identify this otherwise
