This was donated from a local WI group I have planted it a month ago there are no flowers yet. I am unsure what it could be could any one help please?

With out flowers to help narrow down. There are several plants with similar leaves like yours: 1- Ground elder (Aegopodium podagraria) 2- Maybe some thing in the Angelica genus, perhaps Angelica Archangelica?
