I planted zinnias, cosmos, and blue heaven morning glories seeds in a new bed. When several of these plants came up, I left them alone thinking they were tree seedlings. And then they flowered! I asked Neil Sperry what it could be and he wasnÕt sure.

Maybe a species of cotton (Gossypium) genus (?). If this is Gossypium sorrry, I’m can’t tell which one this is. Check out the second included link for the genus information. The first link is an image of G. hirsutum species’ flower. Best wishes!
