Notes:
Found while walking down a suburban street. These are two different photos of two different houses, but they had the same plant. The smaller version had slightly pink flowers mixed with milky white ones, while the larger shrub had only milky white flowers. I liked that they are almost all flower, with few leaves evident.

Seeing the leaves and flowers up close would help but lacking that, my best guess is one of the white rhododendron’s. Possibly Rhododendron ÔWhite Gold’?
