I can’t see the flowers involucre (green phyllaries) clearly and without its height, it’s hard to tell. I’m wondering if this could be something in the Helianthus genus? Maybe the Jerusalem artichoke (H. tuberosus)? Check out the included link below for diagnostic keys of H. tuberosus. Click on images to enlarge. If this isn’t a match.
