Pike identified as cleyera but your garden book displayed much different leaf arrangement and growing to 15 x 15 feet!

Maybe some thing in the Ternstroemia genus. I’m guessing only, be False Japanese Cleyera aka Japanese Ternstroemia (Terntroemia gymnanthera)? I can’t tell which cultivars this is. It is often misidentified as Cleyera japonica, a different genus.
