These two types of flowers are growing between my fence and neighbors wooden fence. Come up every year. In full sun. Can I reseed these and how. I can’t get to them to dig up. There’s just a few of them. What should I do and what are these Thank you

Again I’m guessing only, the taller flower stalk on the right looks like a type of Loosetripe (Lythrum). Perhaps purple loosestripe L. salicaria (?). http://www.missouribotanicalgarden.org/PlantFinder/PlantFinderDetails.aspx?kempercode=b513

too bad we can’t see more of these plants, it will help narrow down quickly which species & cultivars they are. For now I could only guess for you. The lower flower stalk on the left might be a type of Phlox, possible Phlox paniculata. The link below with propagating method.
