Sorry it’s not a Milkweed, and thanks for trying to plant milkweed! Not all is lost, as Zinnia produces flower nectar for butterflies to eat. Unfortunately, if you are trying to help the monarch butterflies, only the milkweed will support the monarch caterpillar, as they can ONLY eat milkweed leaves and nothing else.
