Notes:

This is a plant that comes back each year in late summer and blooms until late fall. Hummingbirds, butterflies and ants love it. It starts out with tiny clusters of light pink flowers and burst into full bloom in a darker pink.

    Looks like some kind of milkweed from here. Too purple to be the “showy milkweed” I’ve seen pictures of. T Those good looking plants you have there! I’d happily send you a SASE if you felt inclined to save some seeds this season… 🙂
