Notes:
I have a St. Augustine lawn. For the past several years I have been battling this and it seems to spread further every year. I thought it might be mondo grass or nutsedge. I have tried various spray applications to kill it and it doesn’t seem to faze it at all. I even sprayed RoundUp last year out of desperation and resodded an area. It still seems to be coming back. So I want to know exactly what it is and is there a way I can kill it permanently out of my lawn? Thank you!

I can’t tell if your plants is Liriope sp. or Ophiopogon sp. Maybe the link below can help to eradicate this pesky plant. Best wishes! http://www.walterreeves.com/gardening-q-and-a/liriope-spreading-monkey-grass/
