Reddish barkon top, greyish-brown on bottom; small alternating oval-to-round smooth-edged and -topped green leaves; sets of 2-4 bell-shaped tiny (1/8″) white flowers at end of stems; Spring-flowering; two specimens found growing on lake bank in partial sun, each less than 5′ high; slightly drooping open branching
