Notes:
Our grape vine is growing these weird offshoots. My Mom said they look like roots and I’m inclined to agree. Are they roots? Why would they be growing like this? Can I cut this section and plant it?

The other section is growing. It has about two leaves open right now (very tiny) and is continuing to send out a new main shoot.

These do appear to be roots. I remember these being common on scuppernong vines growing up.
