Notes:

We have planted these from seeds. They are very prolific and have risen up to 6 feet tall. We have also heard that they are edible.

    Is it a blazing star? If so the tuber or root is edible and was used to treat heart ailments, diabetes, and snake bite with some success. Always get positive id before consuming any plant though.
