Notes:
They seem to grow around my pine trees and just grow out. If you cut them back they come back fuller and more of them. No cut ones are 8 feet tall.

It’s difficult to tell with out flowers, maybe you could give us an update when these are in bloom. I can’t see the leaves clear enough to go further. To my eyes they appear similar to those cultivars in the Ilex casine & Ilex myrtifolia groups (?). But I’m purely speculating. Check out these included link for these genera.
