Taken near Whitman MA in my yard (just moved in). Plant caused blistering of hands on 2 different people.

There may be some stinging nettle around the plant someone is coming into contact with. The plant at the bottom edge of your picture is perhaps the culprit. Others will help ID the top variegated leaf plant which actually is very nice….hopefully!
