Yes, image is not so clear. With more details from the tree would help narrow down quickly. I’m going to guess only. These leaves look like either a species in the dogwood genus (Cornus) or buckthorns genus (Rhamnus). I’m leaning toward buckthorns. Check out common buckthorn (Rhamnus cathartica) species from the link below and see if you have a match. Click on images to enlarge. If this isn’t that, maybe you could make a new post with more photos of close-up branches with its leaves arrangement, tree’s bark and the picture of the whole tree.
