Notes:
I have tried everything to get rid of this. Even roundup last fall. All it did was kill the Bermuda and come back thicker. What is this and how do i get rid of it. Digging it up did not work either

BK Miller Unregistered says:
It looks like a clump of lilyturf (Liriope) that has been mowed. It grows from a corm or bulblet and is extremely hardy. Common groundcover or edging plant in the South.

Could you post a picture of the lower stem, crown and root?

i have tried all the lawn weed stuff at HD and the round up was concentrate i mixed in a hand sprayer. Odd digging it out did not get rid of it and it is spreading 2 – 3 feet away in small clumps

It looks like coarse fescue. Just curious, are you using a premixed Roundup product?
