The images are a bit blurry to be certain, but these looks similar to a species in the Indian paintbrush (Castilleja). Check out the Deer paintbrush (C. cevina) and the Thompson’s paintbrush (C. thompsonii). If this isn’t Castilleja, make new post with a better focus photo of flowers & leaves detail.
