What is the name of these beauties? I want to break down and replant in flower bed for ground cover. Should I replant in larger or smaller pots? How do I care for this plant? Can it live in direct sun? How often do I water it?

I’m not able to see its stems clearly to be certain. I could only suggest you check out cultivars in the coleus (Plectranthus scutellarioides), and the Perilla group. YOu will know more when it blooms. If this is coleus, the included link can help further with your questions.
